Have the ability specify the grid format to read in
Specify the grid file name.
Read and write from/to any directory.

create if() and else if() commands for reading from grid and if read_initial_solution is specified.
If read_grid is specified, provide file name, or if read_initial_solution is specified, read hard-coded name
